Frances was born on Yorta Yorta country. She is a part of Galnya Winyarra (beautiful women) dance group. She loves to dance for her community and family, spreading her culture proudly to show who she is.
Kaiela Arts is a member of the Indigenous Art Code which relays all transparent, fair and ethical dealing between art centres and artists.
