
Ree Peric is the Operations, Retail & Admin Coordinator at Kaiela Arts, joining the organisation in 2025. Growing up in Uganda with an Australian, Fijian and Croatian background, Ree brings a deep appreciation for culture, storytelling and community into every aspect of her work.
She has worked across the arts sector for several years, with experience spanning event management, creative project development and curation, stage management, and working as a multifaceted artist. For over 5 years, she has facilitated workshops and projects focused on culture, food, storytelling, leadership, music and art, and has been involved in projects that use creative practice to strengthen cultural understanding and connection. Alongside her arts practice, Ree has worked as a mentor for young African and Pacific Island youth in Shepparton and has professional experience across community services, public health, education, aged care, retail, hospitality, and technical industries.
Mentored and trained across various areas of the arts, Ree has further strengthened her professional skillset through a dual diploma in Project Management and Leadership. She also holds qualifications in personal training and strength coaching, reflecting a strong interest in health, wellbeing, connection to community and hands-on learning.
At Kaiela Arts, Ree brings strong creative project experience, relationship-building skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach, grounded in the belief that art is a powerful form of storytelling and cultural connection.
